1.Who we are

This website, edimension.com.my, is operated by E Dimension Numerology Sdn Bhd (Companies Commission of Malaysia, SSM Reg. No. 201501011883 (1139194-D)) (“the Company”, “we”, “us”).

We offer in-person courses on the I Ching, feng shui and numerology; products such as feng shui ornaments, protective items, crystals and numerology accessories; and private consultations and on-site feng shui audits by appointment.

2.Agreeing to these terms

• By browsing this website, registering as a member, placing an order or submitting a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
• The following policies form part of these Terms: our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
• We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version is published on this page with a new date. Each order is governed by the version published on this page when you place it.
• These Terms are available in Chinese and English. If there is any inconsistency between the two versions, the English version prevails.

3.Eligibility and member accounts

• You must be 18 or older to place an order, enrol or book on this website. Anyone under 18 must do so through, or with the consent of, a parent or guardian.
• The name, phone number, email and address you give us must be true and accurate so that we can process your order and contact you.
• A member account is optional; you can check out without registering. Members can see their order and booking history in the member area.
• Please keep your password safe. If you suspect that someone else is using your account, tell us immediately.
• We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse or any unlawful purpose.

4.Prices and product information

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Course fees are per participant.
• The amount you pay is the total shown at checkout: the price of the products or courses plus any applicable shipping fee. The shipping fee depends on the delivery method and state and is shown clearly before you pay. We do not add any other charges.
• Product photos are for reference. Natural materials such as crystals, jade and wood vary in colour, pattern and size from piece to piece; this is not a defect.
• Stock and course places are limited and depend on availability at the time of payment.
• If a price or description on the website is clearly wrong, we will contact you before processing the order. You may continue at the correct price, or cancel the order for a full refund.

5.Orders and payment

• When you fill in your details at checkout and press “Pay now”, we create your order, hold the stock or course places for you, and take you to the secure payment page of our payment provider, Xendit.
• Payment methods include credit and debit cards, FPX online banking and e-wallets, as shown on the payment page at the time.
• The payment page is valid for a limited time (depending on the order, usually 3 to 24 hours). If payment is not made in time, the order is cancelled automatically and the stock or places held for it are released.
• Your order is confirmed only when payment succeeds. Xendit emails a payment receipt to the address you gave.
• Card details are entered only on Xendit's page. We do not see or store them.
• If you were charged but did not receive a confirmation, contact us with your order number and we will check it.
• We may decline or cancel an order in cases such as a stock error, a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we do, we refund any amount paid in full.

6.Courses

• Courses are taught in person at our teaching centre in Kepong. The number of class days is as stated on each course page.
• Within 1 working day of payment, our course consultant will contact you on WhatsApp to arrange your class dates according to the course schedule.
• Audio or video recording of classes is not allowed without the instructor's consent.
• If we cancel or reschedule a class, you may choose another date or a full refund.

7.Consultations and feng shui audits

• A booking submitted through the website is a request. We will contact you on WhatsApp within 1 working day, and the appointment is made only once we have confirmed the date, time and fee with you. No payment is taken when you submit a booking.
• Private consultations can take place at our Kepong teaching centre or online.
• When booking an on-site feng shui audit, please give us the full address and make sure we can enter the premises at the agreed time. You must be entitled to arrange the audit, for example as the owner or tenant, or with their consent.
• We tell you the fee and how to pay when we confirm the appointment, and arrange it only after you agree.

8.Delivery, cancellations and refunds

• Products are delivered to addresses in Malaysia only, or can be collected at our Kepong teaching centre. Shipping fees, dispatch and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy.
• Order cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

9.Intellectual property and course materials

• The text, images, logos and course names on this website, and course handouts, notes, recordings and other materials, belong to the Company or its licensors and are protected by the laws of Malaysia.
• Course materials are for your personal learning only. They may not be copied, shared, sold or published without our written consent.
• You may not copy, modify or distribute the content of this website without our prior written consent.

10.Disclaimer

The I Ching, feng shui, numerology and related content in our website, courses, consultations and products is based on traditional theory and on our knowledge and experience, and is offered for your reference and learning.

• Actual results depend on many factors, including personal circumstances, surroundings and your own decisions. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, such as changes in wealth, health, relationships or career.
• This content is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, lawyer, accountant, financial adviser or other professional. For decisions about health, legal matters, finances or investments, please consult a qualified professional.
• Our products are not medical devices and are not intended for treatment.
• Decisions you make based on this content are your own responsibility.

11.Arrangements made in a personal capacity

If you engage any of our staff, trainers or instructors directly in their personal capacity, without going through the Company, the arrangement is between you and that individual, and the Company is not responsible for it.

12.Limitation of liability

• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit or business opportunity, or loss arising from decisions you make based on the content described in section 10.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or affects your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and other laws of Malaysia.

13.Third-party services

This website uses or links to third-party services, including Xendit (payments), WhatsApp (messaging), Google Maps, and YouTube, Facebook and Instagram (videos). Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites.

14.Governing law and disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
• If you have a question or complaint, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it amicably.
• If it cannot be resolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. Eligible consumers may also file a claim with the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia.
